Choose the work. The search and filters decide which pending jobs go into the plan — the same filters as Scheduling, plus inspection and service type so you can plan, say, only fire alarm inspections. Everything matching appears under Pending Jobs; use to drop one from this session.
Set the dates and the limits. Schedule From and Schedule Through bound the dates the router may use — it will not place work outside them. Drive Cap is the most driving one technician may do in a day, including the trip back to where their day ends. Senior Preservation keeps your most capable people free for work only they can do.
Solve, then game it. Nothing is saved until you publish. Pin a stop with to lock it to that technician and day, change a setting, and solve again — pinned jobs stay put while everything else re-routes.

Jobs already on a technician's calendar appear greyed as Already scheduled. They keep their real times, take up capacity and count toward driving, and the router will never move them.
